Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content

Last updated: August 3, 2026

ImageEdit Studio is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and responsible AI image generation and editing service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to prompts, uploaded or reference images, generated or edited images, and related account activity. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You must not use ImageEdit Studio to create, edit, upload, request, store, or distribute:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Violence or graphic content: Graphic gore, glorification of serious violence, instructions to cause serious harm, terrorism or extremist propaganda, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
  • Hate: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse material and child endangerment: CSAM, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any content that sexualizes or endangers a child.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: Non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, sexual deepfakes, or misleading manipulation of a real person without authorization.
  • Intellectual-property violations: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.

You also must not use the Service to facilitate fraud, scams, unlawful surveillance, doxxing, harassment, the spread of deliberately deceptive information, or attempts to bypass our safety systems.

2. Zero-Tolerance Child-Safety Rule

ImageEdit Studio has zero tolerance for CSAM or any sexual content involving minors, whether real, generated, edited, illustrated, or simulated. We may immediately block the request, preserve relevant account and safety records, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and report apparent illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required or permitted by law.

Do not upload, download, reproduce, forward, or attach suspected CSAM when reporting it. Send only the relevant task number or URL and a written description sufficient for us to locate and investigate the material.

3. Moderation and Review

Prompt-based generation requests are screened by Waffo Content Safety before a generation task is created or credits are charged. Generation proceeds only when Waffo returns an allow decision. Requests marked for review, blocked, or unable to receive a reliable decision do not proceed.

We may review reported prompts, reference images, generated results, and related account activity. A moderation decision does not make prohibited content acceptable, and users remain responsible for complying with this Policy and applicable law.

4. Reporting Prohibited Content

Report suspected violations when you encounter:

  • Content or behavior prohibited by this Policy;
  • A child-safety concern, terrorist content, or an imminent risk of serious harm;
  • AI impersonation, non-consensual imagery, or an infringement of your rights;
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive use of ImageEdit Studio.

Email support@qwenimageedit.art with the subject Safety Report. Include:

  • The task number or URL, if available;
  • The category of concern and a concise description;
  • Your relationship to the content or affected person, if relevant;
  • A safe way to contact you for follow-up.

Do not attach or forward illegal imagery. We handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, assess them objectively, and prioritize reports involving children or imminent harm. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may be recorded and may result in account action.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, we may:

  • Block a prompt or generation request;
  • Remove or restrict access to content;
  • Warn the user or restrict product features;
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account;
  • Preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities.

Child-safety violations and other apparently illegal high-severity conduct may result in immediate permanent termination and reporting without a prior warning.

6. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, email support@qwenimageedit.art with the subject Safety Appeal, the account email, the relevant task number, and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Where practical, the appeal will be reviewed separately from the original decision.

7. Contact

For content-safety reports, policy questions, or appeals:

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service before contacting us.
